Our process is simple: Find the root cause or causes of poor health and aim all corrective measures at the underlying issue. Too often it is the simple things such as diet, exercise, or even sleep patterns. There are times when medications can help with these, but too often in modern medicine we are forced to lean on these props for the basis of our treatment. This does not have to be the way.
By looking at the body and lifestyle mutually, it allows us to address every component. Too often one component of health can drastically affect multiple other components. Poor sleep affects cardiovascular health, your endocrine system, and your pulmonary system.
Once we identify the issue at hand, we will use a multitude of disciplines including dietary education, exercise, sleep hygiene, massage therapy, hyperbaric therapy, and we will soon be introducing chiropractic care.
